Idea Milkit ("Company") collects the following personal information to provide a smooth SaaS platform experience.

  • Collected items: Name (nickname), email address, profile picture (optional during Google Login)
  • Information generated during use: Platform usage records, access logs, cookies, IP information, generated image records
  • Data uploaded by users: Sketches, face photos uploaded for image generation

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

  • Member management: Identification, prevention of fraudulent use, intent to join
  • Platform provision: Providing AI image generation automation, saving results and gallery features
  • Customer support: Handling inquiries, delivering announcements

3. Processing and Retention Period

In principle, the Company retains data until membership withdrawal, at which point it is immediately destroyed, except when preservation is required by applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Provision and Outsourcing

The Company uses external integrations for technical infrastructure purposes only.

  • Infrastructure and Authentication: Google Firebase
  • AI Engine: Google Gemini API

The Company does not sell or share personal information with third parties outside this scope without user consent.

5. Rights and Duties of Users

Users can view or modify their information at any time, or withdraw consent by deleting their account. Users have the duty to update their information, and are responsible for incidents arising from identity theft.

6. Disclaimer and Limits of Security

  • Exceptions to Information Provision: The Company may provide user information and platform usage records to relevant authorities without consent in case of habitual illegal content generation or lawful requests from investigative agencies.
  • Limits of Technical Security: While striving to protect data, 100% security over the internet cannot be guaranteed. The Company is not liable for data leaks from external intrusions unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Use of Public Data: Users agree that images saved to the public gallery may be utilized to improve service quality and for promotional purposes.
